The Micro- ceramics is a combination of modern high-tech ceramic firm lubricants with a particle size of 0,02 to 1 µm. Micro-ceramic materials have unique lubricity. The Micro- ceramics has the lowest frictional coefficient of all firm materials. The Micro- ceramics particles are incorporated in oil derivatives and can thus be employed individually. Micro- ceramics improves the efficiency of modern engine and industrial oils and provides their optimum quality which in turn ensures a longer service life and wear resistance of engines and industrial machines and also contributes to significant energy savings. Micro- ceramics when added is not harmful to the standard motor and industrial oil additives. Therefore, no negative impact on the base oil, as well as no uncontrolled course of usage in an extreme situation can take place. It (re-)acts absolutely neutral and can thus not be regarded as an usual oil or engine oil additive. In the following picture we would like to point out the operational mode of the Micro- ceramic Lubricant.
Representation of a wear occurrence with conventionally lubricated friction partners under boundary and mixed friction.
Even the surface smooth for the eye reveals in case of microscopic consideration its true structure. This resembles a cleft mountain scenery. All moved parts in engines, gears and machines wear out with increasing operation time. The metal tops hit on each other and in the micro-range there occur very high friction temperatures up to 1800°C. Under such high temperatures the metal tops are shortly welded to one another (cold welding), this leads to a firm connection (seizure). Due to this firm connection the metal tops are torn off, result therefore = wear. The surface becomes more rough.
Refinement and Smoothing of the Surfaces by the Micro - Ceramic Lubricants.
The Micro - Ceramic particles of Wagner additives settle in the metal surfaces and as a safety depot are always present in the oil circulation. Any uneven patches are smoothed (smoothing phase). The bearing portion of the surface is increased compared to a polished/honed surface from 25 % to 75-85 %. The portion of the Micro-Ceramic components is adjusted in a way, that besides settling they also constantly move around in the oil circulation. They act as shock absorbers and fulfill the function of balls in a ball bearing. After smoothing we nearly have reached the ideal status of a fluid friction. Dry friction, boundary and mixed friction (as for example at cold start-ups, high loads and numbers of revolutions) are almost completely prevented.

A universal additive for engine and industrial oils in the automotive field
The smallest Micro - Ceramic particles settle in the metal surfaces of engines and industrial equipment. The active ingredients are carried to the friction points by the engine oil very quickly. They accumulate in the irregularities of the metal surfaces and as a safety depot are always present in the oil circulation. The adhesiveness of the microdisperse particles with the metal increases due to the friction temperature so that the parts subjects to the greatest wear get the most optimal protection. Because of the layering and adhesion of the product with a metal surface it becomes smoother and the frictional losses reduce considerably. The result is an increase in efficiency and increased engine performance. Added Micro-Сeramic lubricants are not harmful to the standard additives and do not affect the oil quality. Micro - Ceramic particles fulfill their lubricating function even if the oil is temporarily not available (as for example at cold start-ups). In this case not the metal parts interact, but ceramics.
APPLICATION AND DOSING:v Micro-Ceramic Oil can be used in standard mineral, synthetic, or semi-synthetic oils. Suitable for turbo charged engines and catalytic converter equipped engines, for oil clutch and for lubricating of brake disks.
Application:Â Micro-Ceramic Oil should make up 5-10% of the total oil volume depending on the concentration of the product (on the package). Add while engine or gears are warm and continue to run engine 10 minutes after adding Micro-Ceramic Oil. Add Micro-Ceramic after an oil and filter change. It is also recommended to use Motor-Cleaner to clean the engine before applying of the product. Not for use in automatic transmissions. For automatic transmissions and hydraulic systems we recommend using Eco Universal Oil Package.
Attention: Shake well before using.
A universal oil additive for engines, automatic transmissions and hydraulic systems Eco Universal Oil Package (hereinafter EOP): Eco Universal Oil Package is a lubricating oil additive with no solid particles for use in hydraulic systems, mechanical and automatic transmissions as well as in power steering of vehicles. It behaves neutrally in mineral and synthetic oils for hydraulic systems (HLP) and in mineral, semi-synthetic and synthetic oils for automatic transmissions (ATF).
Because of its ability to create a solid layer that protects against wear, it prevents the direct metal contact, welding and corrosion of neighboring friction parts. It provides extensive smoothing of metal surfaces as well as so far inaccessible emergency running properties and wear reduction. Thanks to this the pump wear in hydraulic systems is minimized. Moreover, the metal collectors involved in the oil circulation are significantly less subject to friction wear and consequently the probability of failure of the pump, valves, hydraulic motors and cylinders reduces.
ЕОРmakes service life of devices and mechanisms significant longer. Thanks to its use operating costs reduce significantly and capacity increases. Furthermore, efficiency increases. This is achieved by significantly reduced friction and reduced heat generation in the gearbox and hydraulic systems.
The wear occurrence scheme:
Representation of a wear occurrence with conventionally lubricated friction partners under boundary and mixed friction.
Whenever metal parts move towards each other, wear occurs. Metal parts constantly wear due to friction, lubrication with oil may prevent this only partially.
Under such high temperatures the metal tops are shortly welded to one another, this leads to a firm connection (seizure). Due to this firm connection the metal tops are torn off, it results therefore = wear. The surfaces become more and more rough.
Eco Universal Oil Package chemically bonds to the molecules of metal surfaces and forms a thin microscopic monomolecular protective layer, which prevents wear of metal parts subjected to friction. Consequently, a constant smoothing over the entire area is achieved and a lower wear of surfaces is provided. This smoothing of parts results in unique, so far inaccessible emergency running properties and wear reduction. After smoothing we achieve the ideal state of friction. Dry friction, boundary and mixed friction (as for example at cold start-ups, high loads and numbers of revolutions) are completely prevented. The most ideal conditions for the surface are provided; it is a prerequisite for the operation of mechanisms without friction and wear. A refinement of surfaces takes place:

To confirm the efficiency of the additives 2 experiments were held.

Picture made by diffraction microscope: In this part of the picture the worn ball bearing steel surface at 500 fold increase is shown. Consequence: heavily worn surface, grooves. |

EOP application also decreases the effect of irregular motion if hydraulic cylinders move fast (high clock cycle).
The result of the EOP additive use is a significant reduction of operating costs and operational reliability.
The optimum components for oils are expensive. When the manufacturers want to produce a large amount of the product at a reasonable price and to make their product competitive, the most important factor by choosing of base oils and distillates, treating and blending them is the price. For obvious reasons such manufacturers can produce only an end product that meets the basic operating loads and requirements.
Modern specification and classification of vehicle manufacturers and a number of institutes of petroleum studies impose minimum quality requirements for lubricants. High-quality WAGNER lubricants with technology of surface smoothing resist this trend of meeting the minimum requirements and significantly improve the technical condition of the machinery.
Traditionally used additives for wear reduction can not meet the high requirements during intensive operation and allow the wear to some extent. Thus, the wear of engine parts and transmission is seen as a normal process. Did you know that about 97% of all defects on lubricated mating parts in the automotive field are due to the lubricant inefficiency?
Eco Universal Oil Package reduces wear and saves fuel and electricity.
